  1. Having only recently played the original Modern Warfare and Black-ops (1 and 2) Campaigns- and getting into Call of Duty much much later than most, I'm confident in saying that the 2006-2012 era of CoD was where it really shined as a series. While I like Titanfall 2 and Halo, the more recent futuristic Call of Duties didn't appeal to me as well as the ones I just mentioned. The only CoD I have outside of those is Advanced Warfare; and it's campaign was ok, but didn't feel as good or well put together as the others did. Would that make me an Old-head?

  2. Cod was never a tactical shooter… CoD2 and 4 were pinnacles of the series and it wasn't because of "tactical" gameplay.
This entry however, from the little that we've seen, looks more grounded and less "call of duty-ish"

  3. COD has always been an arcade style franchise. BF4's team deathmatch had a perfect balance between arcade and realism. Just imagine if that game had graphics like this, it'll be so much better. But I don't think COD should try and change all together, just make a complete new franchise
