  1. Part 2 –

Thanks to Bethesda for inviting me out to their event to play Doom Eternal early! Make sure to subscribe and turn on notifications so you know when the next video goes live!

The video was captured at 1080p 60fps since that's what they allowed at the event, but I've upscaled it to 4K so it looks much nicer on YouTube! I got to play around 4 hours of the game at the event, it was amazing! Can't wait for the full game!

  2. the climbing animation looks so dull xD but it is what it is nice game until the big games release either their dlcs or get released , looking at you cyberpunk 2077, dying light 2 , borderlands 3 ( expansions )

  3. Looks really good. It also looks like FPS games have finally caught up to the Metroid Prime series in the sense of incorporating exploration, secrets, upgrades, puzzles, and battle strategy. All while keeping it very "game" like – not afraid to put gameplay over realism. It really does seem similar… even down to the environments. The only thing missing is the sandbox style of Metroid but that's ok because Doom is way heavier on action/violence.

  4. Those Sentinel Batteries function virtually identically to the Energy Cells in Metroid Prime 3. I definitely got a slight Prime feel from Doom 2016, with Doom focusing more on combat and Prime on exploration.

Which I love, Metroid Prime is my favorite game of all time, and Doom 2016 was phenomenal, so it's cool to think that some of the devs were inspired by it.
