Call of Duty Modern Warfare is a big threat to Battlefield 5 – with the recent PS4 beta proving how good the game is, I really think DICE has a fight on their hands …

  1. The beta this coming weekend will be a big decider. The performance of and how they roll out this large scale 64 player matches will be instrumental in pulling Battlefield players away to COD. Now the rumored micro transactions is a while other can or worms.

  2. Hey man, I’m a massive fan of the BF series. BF1 and 5 as you said, aren’t as all out war focused as previous games so I haven’t put as many hours into this games but I’ve still done 100-200 on them. I’ve already dropped out and returned to BFV once or twice already because there are other great games out there. I’ll be picking up MW for sure.

  3. Def disagree. First Battlefield I did not buy was Bat 5 because it was a bad Battlefield game and this does not look a replacement for a good Battlefield but than you simply play an older Battlefield which you do like or besides that you can also play something else instead, which could than be any game for that matter. This game isn't it for me, it looks COD and not Battlefield. And as a Battlefield player that should not be difficult to see.

  4. I look more for immersion rather than gun and kill like CoD Modern Warfare is. I had preordered the game and I am looking foreward to it, but Battlefield V is releasing the Pacific Campaign soon as well or @ around the same time as CoD releases.

I will be taking part in both, but Battlefield V need to step up their game with WWII (Both Western & Eastern Front)…Introduce new factions, add more vehicles to challenges, weapons, and cosmetics. Add more bigger battles like Hannut for example, but on the Eastern Front (Kursk).

  5. Well you summed it up for me rather nicely. If dice is going to force me to play small infantry Maps I'm going to play Call of Duty cuz they do it better. If I want to play vehicles I play Battlefield but Battlefield 5 vehicles are not much fun

  6. I agree is Threat but not problem because cod have style and battlefield have style
and i wanna say something cod fans says new cod Able use Vehicles like tank and Helicopter but they don't say they are like uav in battlefield tanks and jets Vehicle general is part of game I agree battlefield v have alot issues but clam down people remember battlefield 4 who it was

  7. I've already uninstalled BFV. They've done to little too late. COD has them scrambling and the only reason they dropped this latest patch that was an actual improvement is because they can see the writing on the wall. I am a hardcore BF player, have been since the beginning but this last game really ruined my faith in the franchise. Hopefully the next BF will go in the right direction. For now I'm done with BF. That's just my personal opinion.

  8. I've been a long time fan of the BF franchise but I'm really looking forward to Modern Warfare. I've stopped playing BFV because it just didn't seem like enough content was being released and the maps were more infantry focused. That's not exactly what I want from a BF game. I know COD is infantry focused but I know that going into it and I remember how much fun the original Modern Warfare was. Plus, I'm also looking forward to the single player campaign. BFV's campaign just didn't appeal to me. I didn't even finish it.

  9. Its going to be the same small sized maps still cannot brake the surroundings still only three ways to go and still no skill needed bf is a mental game lot of thinking and skill needed cod is more boring than watching paint dry
