  1. This looks terrible. I assume a lot of the comments saying “omg this looks amazing” are paid for by Konami.
Just compare this to the combat in say Nier Automata (several years old now but looks amazing), whereas this looks like a shit Dreamcast game.

  2. Konami …………….. Dude I have no words for this game, I mean the graphics are just trash not to mention the game play. Man its 2019 , you have to go all out on the realistic aspects here. This is like they made the game for the android marketplace or something. This pays no homage to the classic "Contra" title. I do believe after the original Contra on NES and Contra Alien Wars on SNES, this game has gone down hill big time. Try to get better developers on this game for real. This is tragic man!!!

  3. Contra is one of the most lovable games out there. It's always grouped with the classics and fondly remembered as one of the gaming icons. Now, Contra is back! Because when I think of Contra I think of pandas, little girls, anime fluff, clowny aliens, and bright pretty colors and repetitive, tired gameplay…Wait. No I don't. Fuck this game and the glue sniffers who made it.
